The Arc will be a fantastic place to live, socialise and retreat, whilst the building’s considered design and sustainability contribute towards residents’ health and wellbeing.
The Arc is a 22 storey, three-tiered tower which forms a statuesque new centre point for City Road in Shoreditch, London. Its triple certifications include BREEAM, WELL Gold and DGNB, and when finished in late 2022 it will be 30% more efficient than regulations require.
The mixed-use Arc hub will feature offices to the lower 7 floors with 100 stylish studio apartments on the upper floors.
An expansive open-air terrace blends the mixed-use functions and supports a community atmosphere, boasting panoramic views with a variety of spaces to relax and unwind or to entertain guests.
The landscape has been designed to promote conviviality alongside the need for personal space and moments of retreat. The resultant range of micro gardens are married together by a flowing landscape that aspires to enrich local biodiversity and features a plethora of edible plants intermingled between multi-stem trees that provide seasonal displays.
