Magna Park

We have been working with Chetwood Architects on the masterplan for a new phase of one of Europe’s largest logistics hubs; Magna Park in Leicestershire.

The proposals include siting a 1 million square feet warehouses on a 220 Hectare green field site and preparing a hybrid planning application to include the detailed planning of a new warehouse site.

The landscape proposals include visual mitigation earthworks, planting to new access roads, native woodland screening, integration of wetland SuDS and a Country Park with Public Rights of Way, permissible paths, open access meadows, a Scheduled Ancient Monument site, orchard and woodland planting.
