Yifan Wang
Graduate Landscape Architect
Yifan graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2022 with a MLA in Landscape Architect. She found her time at the University of Sheffield was invaluable as she managed to broaden her imagination of design, changed her way of thinking and enabled her to explore needs and contemplate design in ways that she didn’t know it was possible.
Yifan’s passion for Landscape Architecture stems from the bridging of two of her passions; applied art and the unravelling growth of nature. She believes that as landscape architects, we have the ability to creatively address practical issues.
In 2023, she joined Grant Associates where her work has been driven by a constant exploration of design boundaries and a steadfast commitment to sustainability. Since joining the practice, Yifan has been actively involved in Phase 4 of Icknield Port Loop, a 22.5-hectare residential regeneration project situated in Birmingham.
