Rachael joined Grant Associates in 2021 and brings over eight years of administrative experience, supported by a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. Her role is diverse, covering recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and the coordination of overseas travel, alongside managing office accreditations and supporting compliance with professional training requirements.
She also contributes to business operations and project delivery, from preparing bid submissions to maintaining accurate company records. Rachael is valued for her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
