Peter is a Landscape Architect with over 30 years’ experience. His interest is the promotion of design quality and technical innovation through the synergy of landscape, architecture, nature, community and place.

Peter leads teams on a diverse range of UK and International projects. He is actively involved in research and environmental design and has led a number of award-winning residential developments, educational schemes, cultural and heritage projects incorporating exemplary placemaking and green infrastructure strategies.

He has a particular design and implementation experience relating to sustainable homes and fostering new communities through landscape integration. He also has a specialist creative interest in horticulture and takes the lead on the design and procurement of large and complex planting schemes.

In 2021 at his debut RHS Chelsea Show his Guangzhou Garden design won Gold and the coveted Best in Show award. In June 2022 he was invited to the college of Fellows of the Landscape Institute as recognition of his professional achievements during the past 35 years. He has extensive jury experience including WLA awards 2018 (Judge all categories) LI awards 2015 (Judge Adding Value Category) and the inaugural AIPH World Green Cities Awards 2022 (technical judge all categories).
