Malavika Samanta

Malavika has over 12 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture. She was involved in a range of projects of varying scales and complexities in the UK, Middle East and India, across residential, infrastructure, education, retail and hospitality sectors. Having worked for environmental consultancies and design practices, she is experienced in developing responsive design solutions for complex urban sites as well as sensitively integrating developments in the countryside.

Her work experience involves working through stages starting from concept design through to construction. In AECOM, she was a responsible for the completion of detailed design and tender packages for multi-acre mixed use and public realm projects for leading developers and hospitality groups. She has worked on numerous planting schemes for sites in different geographies and has keen interest in expanding her knowledge of plant material suited to different climatic zones.

Since joining Grant Associates in 2019, Malavika has been working on a high profile international airport project in India.
