Appleby Blue Almshouse wins RIBA Stirling Prize 2025 and Neave Brown Award for affordable housing
We are delighted to celebrate Appleby Blue Almshouse, recently awarded the RIBA Stirling Prize 2025 and the Neave Brown Award for Affordable Housing - a remarkable recognition of visionary design and inclusive, compassionate housing in central London.
Grant Associates was proud to collaborate on this pioneering project, shaping the landscape to complement the architecture while enhancing residents’ wellbeing.
Our design wove growing spaces, greenery, and natural elements into the heart of the almshouse, creating environments that foster connection, reflection, and a true sense of home.
This achievement reflects the commitment of United St Saviour's Charity, Witherford Watson Mann Architects, and all involved, demonstrating how thoughtful design can create exemplary housing that is both socially and environmentally enriching.
Congratulations to all who brought this extraordinary project to life.
