March 2007–October 2007: Stage C design for Phase One

November 2007–March 2008: Stage D design for Phase One

March 2008 Tenders for Phase One Infrastructure

April 2007: Infrastructure contract starts on site

January 2008: Grant Associates sets up shop in site office

August 2008: Conservatories and Supertrees Main Contract Tendered

March 2009 Supertrees start on site

May 2009: Main Gardens Tendered

2009 MIPIM Architectural Review Future Projects Awards: Regeneration & Masterplanning – Commended

April 2010: Colonnade casting completed

June 2010: Dragonfly Lake filled
