Andrew Grant, founder of landscape architects Grant Associates, is to speak at two creative events in Singapore this month as part of the first ever GREAT British Week in the city, organised by the British High Commission and the British Council.
The GREAT British Week will take place in Singapore from 7 to 14 March 2015. It will feature more than 20 events including exhibitions, workshops and panel discussions, designed to showcase the very best of British innovation, creativity and education.
The first event at which Andrew Grant will speak is entitled “Creative Voices: How will the Creative Sector Deliver a Sustainable Future?” It will take place at the M2 Academy on Tuesday 10 March from 2-2.45pm, and explore the role of creativity in driving a sustainable future.
The following day, on Wednesday 11 March, Grant will be one of six leading creative personalities from the worlds of architecture, television, music and cuisine to gather together and share their creative insights at an event entitled “Shaping the Future: Inside Creative Minds” This will be held from 2.30pm – 5.30pm at ArtScience Museum.
Grant Associates has won widespread international acclaim for its work in Singapore, notably for its lead role as masterplanners of the £500m Gardens by the Bay project at Bay South.
